Sarah is down to earth, compassionate, creative, resourceful and has impeccable taste in styling and design. Her design is inspired by taking the clients vision, finding a unique element for inspiration and creating an original event for each client. Her love for the small details is what makes each event one of their own.

Sarah has established a company which has earned a reputation for excellence, designing and coordinating one of a kind, beautiful weddings and extraordinary events. Her work has been featured world-wide, from international bridal blogs to local publications.

Originally from Northern California, Sarah moved to Colorado the day after graduating high school to achieve her life long dream of becoming an Olympic Athlete. While training at the Olympic Training Center, Sarah graduated from The University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and met her husband. She resides with her husband, daughter and son in Colorado.

Jamie was born and raised in Colorado and is native to the area. She grew up just east of Colorado Springs on a ranch raising cattle and pigs, which developed a sense of hard work and a love for community and family. Jamie married her high school sweetheart, Donovan on New Year's Day in 2007.

Jamie met Sarah Viera in a unique way, following her passion to become a teacher, she had Sarah's daughter in her first grade class! Ever since, she has been working for Sarah Viera Events and enjoys it immensely. She is now a Dean of Students at that same school and has used these leadership skills to further strengthen her role in the planning field. When not planning weddings or in the school setting, you can find Jamie outdoors camping, hiking and traveling! She and her husband love exploring new fitness routines, getting out in nature and cheering on all of our Colorado sports teams. 

Jamie's favorites include coffee, warm weather, trying new recipes, fitness, and interior design. Being a planner has inspired all things design in a whole new way! Jamie loves seeing the tiny details come into fruition on wedding day and the joy it brings to our couples. However, the greatest reward is the relationship she develops with our clients that lasts for years to come

Originally from Southern Mississippi, Alyssa moved to Colorado Springs in 2013 and fell in love with the mountains and all that Colorado has to offer. 

Alyssa works as a banker and was looking for a creative outlet after work when she started in the wedding industry as a floral assistant. While helping create bouquets and centerpieces she realized that she wanted to be more involved in the coordinating side of weddings. A detail-oriented planner, her favorite part of any wedding day is watching all the little details come together to make for a special one of a kind experience for her couples! She loves getting to know each client and helping bring their dreams to fruition. 

When she isn’t working you can find Alyssa on a hike, with a book, preparing for her next triathlon, or planning her next adventure!
